HomeSpa Saunas Shipping Terms:
•Our Standard Free domestic shipping comes via our freight service and is delivered to your home
•Saunas are delivered in 2 Large boxes on top of a pallet, similar to the one shown below
•We use UPS or Old Dominion Freight, both provide detailed tracking of your order.
•Most saunas ship within 48 hours of placing your order with us.
•Once your order ships , typical delivery times are as followed.
- West Coast , 1-4 business days
- Central and Midwest , 2-5 business days
- East Coast & Northeast , 4-7 business days
Our Home Installation Option includes:
•Home delivery of your sauna by one of our freight services.
•We unpack all parts and assemble in the location of your choice.
•All boxes and trash are removed by us, so there is no mess leftover.
•If you are unsure if you can install this sauna on your own, please see our installation guide or give us a call to discuss your concerns. Over the years we have made many improvements to our designs which make them very easy to put together ; however it is still considered a 2 person job due to the large parts.
•Electrical work is not included, we suggest that any upgrades needed are made prior to delivery.
